All shipping is via UPS or when available United States Mail. There are four options for shipping. If an item is not available or is backordered notification will be sent. Within the notification we will ask if the item is to be shipped when available or the order cancelled.
In stock items ordered Monday-Friday before 2pm usually ship same day:
UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air,and UPS Next Day Air, shipping rates are based upon weight. Weight of the items in your cart will be calculated against the shipping method that you have chosen. Oversized items such as hockey sticks and goalie pads will be charged based on the "dimensional weight" of the order. Some bulky items, although light, are charged based on "dimensional weight".
Any orders shipped to an address in the state of Connecticut will be charged the applicable state sales tax(6.35%).

No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Used items are not eligible for store credit or exchanges. Exchanges are processed upon receipt.

All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or workmanship. Abuse or improper care is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. All items in question must be inspected before any decision can be made. Some manufacturer's may repair rather than replace. Hockey sticks and blades do not have a guarantee or warranty against breakage.
