Our sales team is made up of hockey players who previously or currently skate at all levels of inline and ice hockey competition. We will attempt to beat any verifiable price for the identical item on the internet. Email us with the item name, price and the Web site URL where you found a better price and we will attempt to beat their price.

Shipping Information:

Hockey Gear logo Shipping and Handling Charges. Oversized items will be shipped UPS Ground only. You will be contacted by email if this pertains to your order. In most cases your order will ship from Connecticut. OVERNIGHT at GROUND COST - Most orders placed before 3pm will arrive the next business day to New England and the tri-state area. All shipping is via UPS or when available United States Mail. There are four options for shipping. If an item is not available or is backordered notification will be sent. Within the notification we will ask if the item is to be shipped when available or the order cancelled.

In stock items ordered Monday-Friday before 2pm usually ship same day:
- USPS Ground requires 1 to 7 days to arrive from ship date.
- UPS Ground requires 7 business days to arrive from ship date.
- UPS 3 Day Select requires 3 business days to arrive from ship date.
- UPS 2 Day Air requires 2 business days to arrive from ship date.
- UPS Overnight will arrive by the afternoon of the day after shipping, Monday through Thursday, packages shipped overnight on Friday will arrive by Monday afternoon.

UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air,and UPS Next Day Air, shipping rates are based upon weight. Weight of the items in your cart will be calculated against the shipping method that you have chosen. Oversized items such as hockey sticks and goalie pads will be charged based on the "dimensional weight" of the order. Some bulky items, although light, are charged based on "dimensional weight".

Any orders shipped to an address in the state of Connecticut will be charged the applicable state sales tax(6.35%).

Store credit and exchanges, must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a Exchange Authorization Number (EA), which should be marked on the receipt and written prominently on the outside of the return package. for exchanges. To receive a EA number, please email us at: any time. Please allow us up to 12 hours to respond.

Exchanges must be received within 30 days of invoice date:
No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Used items are not eligible for store credit or exchanges. Exchanges are processed upon receipt.

Shipping and Handling:

All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or workmanship. Abuse or improper care is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. All items in question must be inspected before any decision can be made. Some manufacturer's may repair rather than replace. Hockey sticks and blades do not have a guarantee or warranty against breakage.
