All shipping is via UPS or when available United States Mail. There are four options for shipping.
If an item is not available or is backordered notification will be sent.
Within the notification we will ask if the item is to be shipped when available or the order cancelled.

Connecticut Residents Receive Free Shipping via UPS Ground on orders over $50 ($4.95 Handling charge not excluded).
All orders over $99 receive free shipping ($4.95 Handling charge not excluded)
via UPS Ground for residents of the continental United States.
In stock items ordered Monday-Friday before 2pm usually ship same day:
- UPS Ground requires 7 business days to arrive from ship date.
- UPS 3 Day Select requires 3 business days to arrive from ship date.
- UPS 2 Day Air requires 2 business days to arrive from ship date.
- UPS Overnight will arrive by the afternoon of the day after shipping, Monday throughThursday, packages shipped overnight on Friday will arrive by Monday afternoon.
UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air,and UPS Next Day Air, shipping rates are based upon weight. Weight of the items in your cart will be calculated against the shipping method that you have chosen. Oversized items such as hockey sticks and goalie pads will be charged based on the �dimensional weight� of the order. Some bulky items, although light, are charged based on �dimensional weight�.
Orders Outside of North America:
We are no longer shipping overseas. Problems with bad orders and unverifiable credit cards have driven us to stop taking order from overseas. If you would like to place an order call us and we maybe able to accomodate you but we will require payment first before the order is shipped. Payment must be in the form of cashiers check in US Funds. All tariffs and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and HockeyGear.com is not responsible for items not recieved after they have left our warehouse.
Any orders shipped to an address in the state of Connecticut will be charged the applicable state sales tax(6%).
Return Policy - NO REFUNDS - STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY
Store credit and exchanges, must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a Exchange Authorization Number (EA), which should be marked on the receipt and written prominently on the outside of the return package. For exchanges, please enclose $8 for return shipping. To receive a EA number, please call us Toll Free: 1-877-217-6636 between the hours of 12pm and 8pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday.
NO EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A EA NUMBER.
Exchanges must be received within 30 days of invoice date:
No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Used items are not eligible for store credit or exchanges. Exchanges are processed upon receipt.
All items are guaranteed under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or workmanship. Abuse or improper care is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. All items in question must be inspected before any decision can be made. Some manufacturer's may repair rather than replace. Hockey sticks and blades do not have a guarantee or warranty against breakage.
Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and handling costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
